This scene expresses my experience as an employee (and former volunteer) of Santropol Roulant. It was part of a larger film (the rest written & directed by Anurag Dhir) created for the Roulant’s Annual fundraising Gala, 2004.

Santropol Roulant is a Montreal not-for-profit community organization that uses food as a vehicle
